SHOPPING: Simply browse our online shop, and click the 'add to cart' button alongside any items that you wish to buy. After you have finished choosing, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details to complete the order.
PAYMENT & SECURITY: When you place an order with Phil Procter we ask for information such as your name, email address, delivery address and contact details. We use PayPal to process all payments and never have direct access to your credit/debit card details. You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment. If any problems arise when placing an order, please contact us by e-mail or phone. If you prefer, you can email us and arrange to send a cheque - in GBP only please - made payable to Phil Procter.
We keep a record of some of your information, such as your contact details, purchases with us and any email correspondence you send us. This helps us to process your order efficiently, deal with any queries you may have and track any concerns you may have had with our products or services. We do not disclose your details to any third parties but may, from time to time, use your information for our own marketing purposes.
CONTRACT: Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if: - We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered - We do not deliver to your area - One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered. These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time.
SHIPPING/POSTAGE: UK delivery: We dispatch items in stock by Royal Mail recorded Delivery within five working days of receiving your order but commonly within two working days. If your order is urgent please let us know and we will try our best to meet any deadlines.
Overseas delivery: We send items overseas using FedEx and DHL couriers services. Your items will be dispatched within five working days of receiving your order.
RETURNS: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to inform us of any issues. If you are unhappy with your product in any way simply email us in the first instance, then return the item to us (we recommend using a guaranteed postal service) for a full refund. Please note, we cannot refund the postage and you will have to pay for the return postage. Please make sure it is as well packaged as possible, as we cannot be held responsible for breakages in returned items.
Items must be unused and in a condition to be re-sold. All accurately returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit or debit card excluding delivery costs. We will refund you as a soon as we receive the item and you will be informed by email when this has taken place.
PACKAGING: We recycle outer packaging wherever possible, while the items inside will be carefully and beautifully wrapped.
